Due to the current climate and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation we understand you may have to cancel or postpone your travel plans to Miami. In other unfortunate situations we may have no choice but to abruptly cease operation due to a local or state order.
The safety of you, your family, our staff and the general public is extremely importance to us.
We're closely monitoring official guidance from Miami-Dade County officials, local government, health authorities and the CDC regarding the current outbreak of the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19.
As required, our refund policy is stated before placing a reservation.
Normally all reservation deposits are non refundable or transferable as mentioned both before placing a reservation as well as after on the confirmation.
Due to the unprecedented special circumstances caused by COVID-19 if you need to cancel a reservation due to postponing a trip or we are forced to cancel and stop operations do to a government order refunds will not be issued however guests will have the opportunity to transfer their deposit to be used at a later date. This transfer of the deposit will be issued wether or not the customer lives in the state of Florida and refunds requests will not be granted for any reason.
Only the deposit portion could be transferred and the deposit cannot be used to pay the package balance due.
Rest assured although we do not issue refunds for the deposit under any circumstance the balance due for the package you reserved for will not be charged to your card used to reserve.
This credit has no expiration date and can even be transferred to friends and family.
We are continually monitoring the situation, including closers, travel restrictions to Miami and restrictions that may impact the packages we provide.
