Due to the current climate and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation we understand you may have cancelled or postponed your travel plans to Miami.
The safety of you, your family, our staff and the general public is extremely importance to us.
We're closely monitoring official guidance from Miami-Dade County officials, local government, health authorities and the CDC regarding the current outbreak of the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19.
Normally all reservation deposits are non refundable or transferable. Due to the unprecedented special circumstances caused by COVID-19 we will be giving guests the opportunity to transfer their deposit to be used at a later date. Only the deposit portion could be transferred and the deposit cannot be used to pay the package balance due.
Rest assured although we do not issue refunds for the deposit, the balance due for the package you reserved for will not be charged to your card.
This credit has no expiration date and can even be used with friends and family.
We are continually monitoring the situation, including travel restrictions to Miami and restrictions that may impact the packages we provide.
